I start all of my coaching sessions with a prayer and an affirmation or verse of my clients choosing.  One particular client chose an affirmation that spoke to the right opportunities “chasing you down.”  And the job she eventually accepted chased her down; she received the same offer 3 times with the terms and salary she asked for.

The new position, its a complete leap of faith for her.  When we started working together she knew she wanted a change but was stuck in her comfort zone. During our first session, I asked her, “how will you know when you’ve found the right opportunity?” to which she replied, “I’m not sure”.  Fast forward a few months later, she just accepted a new job that’s putting her on the career path she desires. I asked again, “how do you know this is the right move?,”  Her reply gave me chills,

” I DON’T BUT GOD IS LEADING Me.”

And there it was. I was supposed to be coaching her, and somehow she ended up coaching me.  She reminded me that sometimes they key to getting your heart’s desire isn’t in your network,  your degree or even your resume…it’s in your faith.

A year ago, starting a business was something I wanted to do but had no idea where to start but I believed there was purpose behind my dream and like my client, that God would lead me.

What do you believe about what can be?  Whatever it is, it’s already written in the stars, you just have to have a little faith and watch it happen.

God gets the glory for my success and hers.
