1. Focus on what you do know—You didn’t get to where you are by accident. Trust that you know enough and have the capacity to learn what you don’t. No one is expecting you to know everything.

2. Ask good questions—If you don’t know something, use it as an opportunity to learn something new. It’s ok to say, “I’d like to learn more about that, can you tell me more?” or “Help me understand why it’s done that way.”
